Avocado Salmon Tortilla

Ingredients:
- 1 sprouted grains tortilla (the Ezequiel brand is a great buy)
- Half of a ripe avocado
- 1 tsp soyonnaise (to help keep the saturated fat at zero)
- Smoked wild salmon
- Lemon juice (optional)
- Salt to taste
Directions:
-1- Warm tortilla in a hot skillet for 2 minutes
-2- Put the tortilla on a plate
-3- Spread soyonnaise and avocado and drizzle a few drops of lemon juice
-4- Add thin pieces of salmon
-5- Salt if needed
-6- Fold ends and wrap it all up!
