Wild Salmon en papillote
Ingredients:
Serves 1-2
• 1-4 ounces wild salmon steak (if larger, serves 2 people)
• 2 thin slices lemon
• A few carrot slices
• Some tarragon green mustard (regular mustard will work as well)
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• Salt + pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Lay the salmon steak in the center of a large rectangular aluminum foil sheet. Add all the other ingredients.
Fold the “papillote” tightly to avoid any leakage during the cooking. Place the “papillote” on a baking sheet and bake for 20 min. Enjoy right out the oven!
