As Health Canada releases the first Aboriginal food guide today - Eating Well with Canada's Food Guide - First Nations, Inuit and Métis, experts from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) are available to help us better understand the evidence behind the guide and its role in helping Aboriginal Peoples' eat a healthy diet as part of an overall healthy lifestyle.
