Healthy Pizza
. A healthy way of satisfying your craving for pizza while bringing a low amount of fat and remaining in a satisfactory Glycemic Index level.
. Thanks to the tomato sauce you will get a nice amount of Lycopene.

. And the whole grain bread provides iron and magnesium.
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of whole grain bread
- Marinara tomato sauce
- Oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Shredded low-fat mozzarella or other shredded cheese (or tofu cheese)
Directions:
-1- Warm up your oven to 400F.
-2- Put 2 Tbs of marinara sauce on top of your slice
-3- Sprinkle salt (not too much) and oregano
-4- A few drop of olive oil
-5-Top with a moderate amount of shredded cheese
-6- Put in the oven and take it out when cheese is bubbling on top
Yummy!
Variations:
You can add mushroom and/or ham to mix things up a bit!
