Cilantro Pesto Sauce Recipe
Cilantro Sauce Recipe
Cilantro, which is a widely used herb in the world is becoming more popular in the United States. More people start using cilantro in their recipes as they see the Hispanic population and other foreign immigrants using cilantro in their daily diet.
* 2 cloves of garlic (or more to taste)
* 2 cups fresh, packed, organic cilantro
* 2 TBSP. fresh, organic lemon or lime juice
* 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
Blend above ingredients together in a blender until cilantro is thoroughly chopped.
Then add 1 cup ground almonds, brazil or other nuts.
This is delicious on omelets, squash, spaghetti squash, or other steamed vegetables.
This is a variation from the original recipe from Dr. David Williams: drdavidwilliams.com.
