Avocado spread

Ingredients:
2 avocados, ripe, skinned and seed removed, chopped
100 g natural yoghurt
1/4 cup lemon juice
white pepper, pinch
20 ml olive oil


Method:
1. Place the avocados, yoghurt, lemon juice, pepper and olive oil in a blender and process until smooth.


Notes: Spread on your favourite bread or biscuits. To make this an even higher energy food add extra ¼ cup olive oil.
